Japanese Knotweed Invasive Weed in Shaw Wilderness Park

Volunteers hacked out invasive weeds growing in Lawson’s Brook behind the Williams Lake dam in the Shaw Wilderness Park. Weed Warriors from the Williams Lake Conservation Company, and the Ecology Action Centre joined the team from the Nature Conservancy of Canada to help remove the pernicious nuisance weed and offer some advice on removing Japanese Knotweed.
