A Visit to the Streams That Feed Williams Lake

The WLCC and the Williams Lake Dam Association folks hiked into the Colpitt Lake, Governor’s Brook area to view the condition of streams vital to the lake levels. This video was shot after the Fall rains when the outflow was running strong.

During the summer, the outflow from Colpitt had stopped completely due to lack of rain. Water continued to run out of the Williams Lake dam at a furious pace resulting in extremely low water levels during the summer.
